Yes, another cupcake post. Preston chose Strawberry Cheesecake cupcakes this week. Yum, yum, YUM!!! The cake part has real vanilla bean in it. Very tasty. They are also filled with strawberry jam. Add that with the cream cheese frosting and crumbles of brown sugar/graham cracker crust on top and this makes for one scrumptious cupcake.
